Hot to Cancel your Reservation
In order to cancel your reservation, please follow the same route on how you made your reservation in the first place. Lets say you made your reservation by phone, then you would need to call us back or email us in order to officially cancel your reservation.
In case you made your reservation through our booking page or through our chat system, please send us an email to email@example.com.

A penalty equal to a one-night stay will applied for all cancellations made within two days prior to check in. For long and large groups reservations please read below.
A no-show penalty will apply when our guests do not cancel reservations and fail to arrive at all. The penalty will be equal to the total amount of days of the reservation.

Long-Stay Cancellations (seven days +)
As we are a small B&B and we handle a limited number of rooms, long-stay cancellations affect us considerably, therefore, for stays of seven days or more, cancellations must be made five days prior to check in, otherwise the following penalties could apply:
- 7 to 9 days: 2 nights penalty
- 10 to 12 days: 3 nights penalty
- 13 to 15 days: 4 nights penalty
- 16 and up: 5 nights penalty
If you cancel your reservation when you are already checked in or at any time during your stay, there will be a two-night penalty on your final bill.
Large Group Cancellations (four rooms or more)
For large groups please allow seven days prior to check in to cancel reservations, the penalty will be equal to a two -nights stay, (in case the reservation is just for one night, then the penalty will be equal to just a one night stay).
Casa Bella offers our guests the option to pay with major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery. Unlike other hotels or reservation websites, our system will only ask you to make an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount, having to pay the remaining balance upon arrival. This initial deposit will allow you to get a reservation number and it will also guarantee you a room.
In case you made your reservation through our booking page and you are paying your remaining balance with a credit card, please be aware that there will be a 6% fee added on your bill, this percentage fee will only apply only to the remaining balance and not to the deposit you already made. This fee, in any case represents a commission for Casa Bella, it is a fee charged to us by credit card companies to process your card. if the remaining balance is paid with cash (local currency or US dollars) there will not be any type of fee added on your final bill.
The remaining balance (if paid with credit card) will be charged in local currency at the actual exchange rate. Please check with your credit card company to receive more information on precise exchange rates and how they are applied.
When making your reservation by phone, we will only take your credit card information to guarantee your room, we will not charged any amount until check out. When checking out you can use another type of payment or pay with another credit card.
Casa Bella also accepts payments in cash, either in local currency or US dollars, (no fees are added on your bill when paying with cash). Please be aware that bills need to be in neat conditions in order for us to accept them. Bills that are torn or ripped unfortunately can not be processed.
Travellers checks are not accepted.
